There’s an article about digg and Jay’s latest keynote speech on a site called Pulse 2.0. It uses a pic that I took that originally appeared on the digg about page. I’m not going to quibble about it, but it does raise interesting copyright issues, since I was on the digg payroll when I took it, and now some random blog is using it without credit (either to me or to digg).
Update: They responded courteously to my original post and added credit. So I’m hosting it myself now.

My mistake, Owen. I linked to this post giving you the image credit. I grabbed it from the About page on Digg. I figured the readers would know where I got the image from.

Hey, no worries. I was actually just saying that the copyright is an interesting issue. I think that the way it works is that I own the copyright, but Digg has a license to use it forever. So not sure what happens with a 3rd party.
